- Novare Group to build a 28-story condominium and tower in North Austin, which will be the tallest building outside downtown.
- Meanwhile, Lily Development LLC will also develop a 38-story condo and penthouses called Aquarius Tower, it “will redefine Atlanta’s downtown skyline and incorporate advanced technological and sustainable features that are rarely seen in the United States.”
- A new multi-use resort called Chateau at Heavenly Village will include 2 condo hotels with a total of 477 rooms as well as a 50,000-square-foot convention center, spa, park, shops and restaurants.
